REALTORS® can advance wealth equity by increasing housing opportunities for those who have been historically disenfranchised and marginalized. It is our responsibility to take action towards tangible and lasting change for our organization and our community. Our Organization
RRAR values and seeks diverse and inclusive participation of its membership in its programs, products, and services. RRAR promotes involvement and expanded access to membership and leadership opportunities regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, appearance, geographic location, or professional level. The organization provides leadership, training, and resources to accomplish this objective.
